You can try to negotiate to do a settlement (try to pay half of what you owe)

I was able to but I was behind on my payments. But I called them and said if I were to pay the debt off today how could we make a deal and how much and they came down almost a $1000. They were just happy to get something.

This company can help you. Liberty Recovery…ask for Mr Brown. I had a similar situation. It cost me $50 bucks up front but the guy saved me about $2000….well worth it and the CC card reported the debt as paid in full….nothing negative…I was stoked!!!

OOPs…the number is 800-498-4684

If you have the full amount, you are MORALLY obligated to pay it. In any case, they have ZERO incentive to settle unless they have reason to believe they can’t collect the amount due. Unless you have not been paying for at least 6 months, they don’t have reason to believe they can’t collect.

Yes you can why not…? if they have over charged you, why should to pay more them. And if you are not able to do that than you can take help from this company :, they have good negotiation power and professionals who will negotiate with the company on behalf of you. I think they haven’t charged from me anything for my negotiation, but it was with a private lender. But i would like to say that you just try this company they are very helping professionals they will surely help you. Good luck….
