And if you are not able to do that than you can take help from this company :, they have good negotiation power and professionals who will negotiate with the company on behalf of you. I think they haven't charged from me anything for my negotiation, but it was with a private lender. But i would like to say that you just try this company they are very helping professionals they will surely help you. Good luck....
