Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and avoid bankruptcy. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58% and improve my credit score .It's legitimate . I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

Note:It's advisable to fill out the short form.Let them call you back. The line is always busy due to so many customers.

I am Mrs Mary Kent, currently living in New jersey city,USA.I am a widow at the moment with three kids and i was stuck in a financial situation by may 2009 and i needed to refinance and pay my bills.I tried seeking loans from various loan firms both private and corporate but never with success, and most banks declined my credit. But as God would have it,i was introduced to a man of God a private loan lender by name Mr Mikel Locke who gave me a loan of $50,000USD and today am a business owner and my kids are doing well at the moment. So dear,if you must contact any firm with reference to securing a loan with low interest rate of 3% and better repayment plans and schedule, please contact Mr Mikel Locke. He doesn't know that am doing this but am so happy now and i decided to let people know more about him and also i want God to bless him more. You can contact him through his email at

There's NEVER a quick way. Money is your friend. I would honestly turn to some ventures online, or start up your own business. Why work for someone else? The money is in entrepreneurship. Get out there, stop being a slave to the system, and make some $$$ :)

If you just get $300 a month, getting a $250 insurance wasn't a very smart move and getting AT&T phone lines with multiple lines was.. ahem not that smart either.
What to say.. it is a tought world out there, some go ahead, some stay behind.. BUT we are all worthy, don't you forget it.

To get out of debt quickly you just pay it all off. I know of no other legal way.

Maybe you can sell your car and catch the bus for a while? Move to a a place where you can get a job and get a job then pay your bills.

For an 18 years old with a crappy job you sure have some stuff though, what with the car, car insurance, credit card, *multiple* lines phone line.. and who knows what else.. it might sound condescending but you messed it all up on your own and since you are an adult, now you deal with it.
Good luck Einstein.

Reduce spending and increase income. You can do both by putting school on the back burner. Less money going out to pay for school and more coming in by getting a full time job that will be allowed by the less time in school. And you cam leave Colorado for a place where employment opportunities are better. Go back to school when you get your financial house in order. Good luck.

Short of bankruptcy, which $4,000 does not qualify for, there is exactly one way to get out of debt, fast or slow. You have to spend less than you make and use the difference to pay the debt. There are exactly 2 sides to the equation: Income and outgo.

Any amounts related to the unauthorized transaction, including fees that would not have accrued had the transaction never happened, should disappear when the bank completes the investigation.

You can address the income by looking for a better job. I used to make $1000/month part time delivering pizza. $300/month is not even 10 hours at Federal minimum wage.

You can address the outgo buy DUMPING every conceivable experience. If you are not using Internet access included in your tuition are free at the library, get off the Internet, you can't afford it. If you EVER eat at a restaurant, STOP, you don't have the money. If you have a cell phone, if better be a prepaid phone you ONLY use to call 911. Better yet, use one WITHOUT service, it will still work for 911. Have I made my point yet? You officially have NO LIFE until you are out of debt.

Simple solution sell your car and use the proceeds to pay down debt are there any other items you can sell that you own. Its very clear if your car insurance payment bounced you simply can't afford to own a car so live within your means as a broke college student catch the bus. Stop spending money that you do not have which explains the overdraft. Last I checked most banks who use Visa and Mastercard have a zero percent liability for unathorized charges its a matter of disputing the unauthorized items and having YOUR MONEY placed back into your account. That's a no brainer which will eat up most of this balance. Also collect money from everyone who was on your AT&T account for the early termination fee of there cell phone line on your account. I'm sure there were other people as there would have been no need to have "multiple accounts" for a cell phone. I was like yourself at 18 and as a result of being irresponsible my credit score took a big hit. Which I am slowly recovering from almost five years later. You need to grow up and own up to your obilgations I learned very quickly how to manage a check book and credit etc... but like yourself it costed me quite a bit of money and many days broke no parties, shopping or getting my hair and nails done for a while. But it taught me a lesson and I am very responsible now I pay all of my bills on time and never overdraw my accounts anymore.

It sounds like you've made poor financial decisions so trying to get out of debt overnight will only add to the list of bad decision making. Stop. Take a deep breath and realze what you can do with your $300 a month income not what you want to do with it. You will probably not be able to afford school right now unless you apply for grants, loans, etc but repaying your school debt is going to complicate your debt down the line because you can't even file bankruptcy on student loans. What this means is that you'll get out of school with a really impressive diploma and around $40,000 or more of debt... and still have a $300 a month income. It's time to live within your means. As for your immediate financial trouble, it will only compound if you don't address it. You'll have to look into getting help from family or friends but remember you only have $300 a month to repay $4,000 which will take you a very long time even at 0% interest. I don't agree that nobody is hiring in Colorado but assuming that's true, maybe you should consider a move to another state and another college??? There's absolutely no reason that you can't start up your own business (wash windows, sell on Ebay, recycle aluminum cans, or whatever) to bring in some more money. You can't live on $300 a month forever and without a plan, that's exactly what you are facing. Start today to change your tomorrow!!!
