I need help just found out the the company that I’ve paid for the last year is going out of business. I always paid them their share up front and was just about to start settling my credit card debt from school. I’ve already invested about $2000 and now I find that last week the company filed for bankruptcy (Debt Relief USA). They stated on a machine that current account holders could get all or some of the money back but I’m skeptical. What do you think I should do to get this money back we had a deal and a contract which they are voiding. I need legal advice
