I am actually desperate buying a apartment and loan at $100000. Previously, i had 3 credit and i had settled debt for the 2 cards and left 1 card to settle at $5000 which i did paid it slowly every month. Is there any possibilities that they will approved the my loan for the apartment. pls give an advice what way that i can loan and approve.
