I live in Florida and you dont know how it is o not have your vote not be counted yet again. And now I’m Half a vote? I;m done with the democratic party. I’m voting McCain. Obama and his camp are the ones who proposed a half vote so that shows you what he thinks of me. first Michigan, then Florida. What next Obama. am i 1/4th of a vote?

You can’t figure out why Hillary would want all of her delegates seated? Really? Really? It’s because having all of her delegates seated would help her win the election. I thought that was obvious. FYI, 2+2=4. Just in case you couldn’t figure that out either.
Just because the RNC did it doesn’t mean Hillary would accept it. The RNC does a lot of things that Hillary doesn’t accept. Like vote pro-life. Also, in the RNC primary, the other half of the Michigan and Florida delegates won’t make any difference. So it’s less of an issue there.

Yes this is over, and Hillary and her supporters got just what they deserved.
I wouldn’t have given her anything…

I think they are lucky they even get half a vote. My state didn’t have their primary until last week. We waited, and by now it’s amost all over. I didn’t even get to vote for my choice for Pres. because he is no longer on the ballot by now.
The consequences of holding their election early was known before they did it, and they still did it. Not all of the candidates were even on the ballots, how fair is that?
Next time, I hope everyone will just understand that by following the rules we all win. I don’t think it’s fair to my state that those FL and MI votes count even half, because it seems like mine doesn’t count at all this late in the game.

The really funny thing is that last year the Hillary supporters on the rules committee (like Ickes) wanted to strip MI and FL of the delegates. So now today everyone else had to pretend they didn’t remember that when the very same people were complaining about what a travesty it was to have taken away the delegates. The other answerers have it right; Clinton thought she was going to wrap up the nomination on Super Tuesday and wouldn’t need the two states. Now she and her supporters can adopt a new tactic and claim that she would have won if the rules committee hadn’t “hijacked” the nomiation away from her. (Ignoring the reality that even if full delegates had been restored she would still be trailing.)

It is not going to happen. This has now been decided and it is over.
