Your first move should be to reduce your spending. You have officially outspent yourself. The next step is to get a second job ASAP and put every penny you get from it towards paying off your credit cards, pay the minimum balance on every bill you have except the one with the lowest balance put all monies you can towards that one, once it is paid off, move on to the next lowest balance.
It is time for a life change, learn to live within your means. After you have paid everything off, pat yourself on the back and put all that money into savings.

Well Navy Federal Credit Union has great rates and they encourage you to consolidate, but you have to be a friend of someone who’s either a veteran or active duty military. Until march of 08 there is this transfer all balances for 5.9 APR. But, that’s the only bank that i can think of at the moment. Maybe wachovia?

If you really can’t pay your bills consider filing for bankruptcy. If you hire a company to renegotiate your credit card bills it will hurt your credit anyways and you will have to still make some payments to your creditors.
